Welcome to Nairobi Play! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your event. No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.

Once purchased, movie tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of circumstances, including lateness, illness, or change of plans.

All events run rain or shine. No refunds for weather-related changes or cancellations.

No refunds for late arrivals or missed events.

Nairobi Play is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage during our events. Participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

Photos and videos from our events may be used for marketing unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
